Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been shipped. Please email us at sinumina999@gmail.com or call +91 7069870424 for immediate cancellation.

  • After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched/shipped from our facility.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of product delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim returns or refunds for damaged, defective, or missing items, customers must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5 to 7 working days.
